Dynapumps supplied: 

• Fabricate a Pump Frame per client drawings
• Fabricate Suction and Discharge Pipe Spools Painted and Rubber Lined fitted with suction and discharge pressure transmitters and drain valves
• Supply Gland Water System inclusive of:
  a) Gland Water Tank with Float Valve and Level Transmitter
  b) 2 x Grundfos CR 3-12 Vertical Multistage Pumps w/ WEG 1.1kW 2P Motors
  c) Piping per client P&ID including flow meter, pressure transmitter and maric valve
  d) Flexible hose to main pump gland packing
• Fit Swivelpole and LED Lights (x2) wired with 40m lead for site termination to sub station
• Install client-issued Warman Pump Package (14/12 FF-AH w/ 355kW WEG Motor OR  200 SC WBH w/ 200kW Motor)
• Supply Local Control Panel for Start/Stop of Booster Pump (Warman) and Gland Water Pumps, inclusive of terminal strip for termination of all instruments supplied on the package. All incoming cables also supplied with 40m lead for site termination to sub station
• Change over panel for Gland Water Pumps, wired to both pumps and a 40m power cable fitted for site termination to sub station
• Motor Power Cables on large motor plus space heater fitted at motor with 40m lead for site termination to sub station
• Temperature and vibration sensors installed on the large motor also, wired back to the local control station
