Dynapumps are a leading designer, manufacturer and supplier of pump products and services to a range of industries within Australia as well as international clients. Dynapumps’ Management acknowledges their responsibility and commitment to customer satisfaction by delivering high quality products and services. Dynapumps undertakes continual improvement to ensure the quality of its products and services, be able to react to changes in the operating environment and identify and create new opportunities.
To fulfill this commitment, Dynapumps will:
- Provide quality products and services that conform to customer expectations, applicable technical standards and regulations and are delivered on-time;
- Demonstrate effective leadership in the development and monitoring of quality objectives and targets to ensure continuous improvement;
- Ensure Dynapumps retains certification to ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental) management systems and ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System;
- Evaluate internal and external risks to develop strategies by optimisation of Dynapumps’ Integrated Management System;
- Identify and report defects to ensure the quality of products and services are achieved. Investigate the mechanism of defect occurrence to identify and manage continual improvement;
- Identify and support the development of staff competencies to encourage active participation from workers in observing and recommending improvements to the quality of products and services for both external and internal customers;
- Develop mutually beneficial relationships with critical external providers to ensure the ability and capacity to meet quality expectations for provided goods and services and support long term success;
