Pump Skid Details:

• 2 Qty Pioneer PP86C21 Self Priming Centrifugal Pump
  • Ductile Iron housing
  • CA6NM Stainless impeller
  • Mechanically driven diaphragm style vacuum pump (50 CFM)
  • Automatic re-prime on loss of prime
  • Run dry component mechanical seal in an oil bath
  • Heavy duty grease lubricated bearings
• 2 Qty TECO 132kW 4 Pole 415/50 Motors
• Each pump installed on a fabricated, galvanized baseplate
  • Machined pads for ease of alignment

Pontoon Details:

• 2 Qty Identical Pump pontoons + 1 Qty Mooring pontoon designed to support 1 x Discharge manifold DN400 Pipe, and permit connection of 2 x Pump pontoons to the sides.
• Pontoon construction as follows:
  • Welded and bolted carbon steel pontoon frame and sub frame for grounding protection.
  • Hot dipped galvanised surface protection
  • Rotationally Moulded polyethylene flotation modules. 100% foam filled with closed cell polyurethane.
  • Galvanised Webforge grate decking (or equivalent)
  • Ball tube handrail to the pontoon perimeter including kick rails, Painted Golden Yellow
  • Galvanised chains on entrances and across pipe entry’s
  • Connection brackets on mooring pontoon for attaching the Pump Pontoons
  • 3 x lifting lugs
  • 3 x tether cleats or mooring bollards
  • Allowance for Unistrut cable ladder on pontoon deck for cables
  • 1 x SOLAS Approved Life buoy
  • All fasteners are galvanised structural assemblies
  • Pontoon sub frame with HDPE skids on the underside.

Piping Manifold Details:

• Individual 10” Galvanized pump suction lines
  • Includes 10” galvanized foot valve / strainer per pump
  • Individual compound pressure gauge per pump
• Individual 8” galvanized discharge lines joining into a common outlet
  • Individual check valve per pump (for priming against)
  • Additional check valve for anti-surge protection with drilled hole in flap
  • Individual butterfly isolation valve per pump
  • Individual pressure gauge per pump
