A mining company contracted Dynapumps to provide a raw water pump system for an iron ore development project. The system consists of a dual-electric pump setup, using Pentair Southern Cross ISO-PRO 125x80-315 pumps coupled to WEG W22M 90kW 2Pole motors through Rathi couplings.
The entire arrangement is mounted on a common painted base frame with integral suction and discharge pipework, and a relief line that includes a Krohne Optiflux flowmeter and an Amiad pressure sustaining valve.
Each pump is capable of producing 48L/s at a TDH of 110m. Dynapumps has also designed and supplied a local control panel to wire the instruments, including the pressure transmitter, both flowmeters and the actuated butterfly valve on the relief line.
