Frother Dosing Pump system

The Frother Dosing Pump system is design to equip six Dosing Pumps (1 x DDA 30-4, 5 x DDA 17-7) for pumping chemicals from intermediate bulk containers on-site using each pump. The system includes pipework and valves (all 1”, uPVC) containing a common-suction manifold with an isolation valve and drain valve per pump suction. Each discharge lines with integral isolation valves, drain valves, and pressure relief valves per pump.

A 500mL calibration column with a vented connection is installed between the suction and discharge pipework with isolation valves throughout to allow for control in filling and emptying the calibration column. This calibration column is piped to each suction line with an isolation valve to allow calibration whilst other lines are still operating.

The entire system is mounted on a custom-designed and fabricated frame arrangement, with a built-in drip tray and cable ladder installed for operational and safety purposes. The system will be assembled and tested in-house at Dynapumps with our brand-new testing facilities to ensure the pump system is operational before its dispatch.
