Dynapumps designed and built an Electric Diesel Jockey Fire Pump system for an international copper and gold mine. This impressive system consists of two skids: one for the jockey and electric fire water pumps and another for the diesel pump. The fire water pumps supply water to the process plant and infrastructure through a network of pipe mains. 

The system includes piping and valves, both before and after the pumps, terminating at one suction and one discharge flange for each skid. Other components included an accumulator, integral piping, integral valving, gauges, transmitter and pressure switch. This fire pump project involved the design, assembly, and fabrication of pipework and a base frame. Also, our electrical technicians constructed the control panels in-house.

The system was hydrostatically tested by our team at our Kenwick facility under AS2941-2013 standards to meet the client's specific requirements. The fire pump package is now securely wrapped and ready for dispatch to the copper and gold mine operation.
