Fire Water Skid utilising Pentair Southern Cross pumps to achieve the desired duty of 180m3/h at a total dynamic head of 86.7m. A Cummins 4BTA diesel engine to drive the Diesel Fire Water Pump, and a TECO MAXe3 motor drives the Electric Fire Water Pump.

The entire skid is designed and fabricated in-house by Dynapumps, with a third-party engineering company contracted to ensure the structural integrity of the base frame.

With the introduction of modular galvanised pipe supports from Sikla, we can modify and adjust the pipe support height required to ensure the pipework is level to avoid unwarranted stresses on any flanged connections. We have also standardised our coupling guard design to be telescopic to prevent access to rotating parts during operation.

All control panels designed, wired, and tested in-house are by our electrical department as required for AS2941, AS3000, and AS61439.
