The small dimensions of Hydra-Cell pumps make them easier to handle and install than many other pumps. Utilising the Hydra-Cell G25 pump, the pressure 40 - 45 bar (580 - 653 psi) and flow 75 lpm (19.8 US gal/min) needed for the automated car washing system met the requirements.

Leaks are no longer a problem thanks to Hydra-Cell’s seal-less design. The pumps are also exceptionally energy efficient. The G25 consumes only 7.5 kW of electricity, which is small compared to other competing high-pressure pumps.

In preference to the plunger and centrifugal pumps, the Hydra-Cell pumps offer outstanding reliability as their seal-less design, capable of handling recycled water containing particulates, the solids that wear seals and destroy lesser pumps.
