Dynapumps Victoria recently designed, manufactured and supplied a MEG Cooling System to Kingspan Insulated Panels for its new manufacturing plant in Somerton Victoria.  

This Cooling System was a turn-key project. The system is a pressurised skid in stainless steel self- bunding, equipped with a Tuthill gear pump, a plate heat exchanger from Alfa Laval and two vertical tanks 420 and 25 Litres respectively.

As per AS 1210 standard, the system was supplied with all associated instrumentation; such as  level sensors, flow switches, PRV’s valves, isolation  valves and actuator valves to guarantee full automation of the unit.  Additionally Dynapumps supplied the air cooled water chiller unit from Fleming for this system.
