Dynavac (Vacuum & Air division of Dynapumps) were approached to design a custom CVS system for OMEGA Watches in Sydney.  Paramount to their requirements was a short lead time of 3 to 4 weeks, and more specifically, a restricted installation space of only 450 x 400mm.  The end users additional requirement was that the unit needed to be a dry pump as no oil vapour could be tolerated in their process.

After consulting with the end user and inspecting the space available, Dynavac engineers designed a vertical system comprising of a belt driven carbon vane pump that was the only option capable of not only exceeding their performance requirements, but was also small enough to be accommodated at the top of the tank. All instrumentation, pipework and filters were designed to fit within the space provided and the system was completed and supplied within the 4 week lead time.

Dynavac are capable of providing CVS system to meet any industrial or scientific requirement from system comprised of industry standard oil sealed rotary vane pumps through to corrosion resistant dry claw pumps, dry carbon vane and dry scroll pumps.  We can also supply systems with remote start and remote monitoring as required.
