Dynapumps was proud to be part of this year’s Australasian Oil and Gas Expo, as we showcased the latest pump technology and advancements to benefit the oil and gas industry. The AOG ran for three days from Wednesday 20 February – Friday 22 February 2013 at the Perth Convention Centre, and attracted over 9000 visitors from 42 countries. Wednesday and Thursday were the most popular day with over 3000 people attending each day and Friday still attracting more than 2600 unique visitors. 505 exhibitors from 17 countries were in attendance, making the 2013 expo the largest oil and gas industry event held in Australasia.
This year Dynapumps displayed the latest products from FMC, Borger, Northey, Grundfos, Seko, Agilent and Netzsch. Expertise wasn’t hard to find with representatives from Boerger, Northey, and Netzsch joining the Dynapumps team on the stand for the duration of the expo. Our stand also showcased the Velocity Racing Team who are sponsored by Dynapumps and kindly lent us a motorbike to feature on our stand. This was quite a talking point.
During Thursday and Friday, Dynapumps hosted seminars at the expo. Bernard Whicher from Northey engaged attendees with a discussion of Vent and Flare Gas Recovery applications and solutions. Friday’s seminar was lead by Marco Perini from Agilent and involved an examination of Leak Detection in the Oil and Gas Industry. Both seminars were a success with strong attendance and discussion at the end of each presentation.
