Alan MacLean has recently joined Dynapumps as Business Development Manager for Oil & Gas. Alan qualified in Glasgow as a Marine Engineer and then worked in the North Sea oil fields. He later completed an MBA in Business Administration at the University of WA.

Alan has more than 28 years of experience in the pump industry, holding a variety of positions from engineering to sales then general management. As Sales & Marketing Director at Blakers Pump Engineers Alan was focused on achieving profitable and sustainable growth in the business whilst ensuring brand reputation was maintained and developed. He later worked to develop distributors in the Asia Pacific areas.

As the new Business Development Manager for Dynapumps, Alan will work closely with Oil & Gas companies throughout Australia and specialise in the selection and technical sales of pumping systems of different types and operating principles for various applications.
